Varsity Tutors College Scholarship Contest: $1,000 monthly awards

Varsity Tutors holds a monthly $1,000 college scholarship contest where students must write an essay in response to a monthly prompt. Visitors to the Varsity Tutors scholarship webpage are able to vote via social media for submitted entries. The top five entries with the most votes are reviewed by Varsity Tutors at the end of the month and one winner is subsequently chosen to receive the $1,000 college scholarship.

McNair Scholars Program

Scholarship program is designed to prepare students for careers as graduate students, professors or professional researchers. Must be full time student, with 42 hours or more completed, 3.0 GPA & first generation college student or student from an underrepresented ethnic group.

Common Knowledge Scholarship Foundation -  CKSF offers a wide variety of scholarship quizzes throughout the year for U.S. high school, college, and graduate students. We even have some scholarships that parents can win for their children. Award amounts range from $250 to $2,500.


College JumpStart Scholarship

The College JumpStart Scholarship is an annual, merit-based competition -- financial need is not considered -- that is open to 10th-12th graders, college students and non-traditional students. The main requirement is that you are committed to going to school and can express your goals for getting a higher education. The first place prize is a $1,000 scholarship to help cover educational expenses. This award can be used at any college or university in the United States.


Dr. Pepper Scholarship

Dr. Pepper is awarding over $1,000,000 in tuition to help students reach their biggest goals. How to enter: (1) Tell us how you'll change the world in 350 characters or less. (2) Rally your friends to vote. (3) Once you reach 50 votes, submit a video to inspire more fans. Dr. Pepper selects finalist to compete during throw-offs at NCAA conference championship games. Eligibility: You must be a U.S. legal resident of an Eligible State and within the Age Eligibility (18-24). You are not eligible if you or a member of your immediate family or household (whether or not related) is an (A) employee, officer or director of any Promotion Party, or (B) owner/operator or person responsible for purchasing or promotion decisions at retailers of Sponsor products. You must not be an active NCAA collegiate athlete (any division) in any sport, nor played professional, semi-professional, or Division I collegiate football at any time.


The Sleep Judge State of Sleep Scholarship

The Sleep Judge is pleased to announce our annual State of Sleep Scholarship helping to increase the awareness around the importance of sleep. Each student who is awarded The Sleep Judge State of Sleep Scholarship will be given $1,500 towards their university or college fees. Eligibility Requirements: (1) Current high school (or home-schooled) seniors attending school in the United States or Canada OR current college students already studying at an accredited U.S. or Canadian post-secondary institution. (2) U.S. or Canadian citizens. (3) Anticipating completion of high school diploma at time of application or already in possession of high school diploma / GED. (4) Planning to or already currently pursuing a degree at an accredited U.S. or Canadian post-secondary institution. (5) Carrying a minimum 3.00 GPA or equivalent grade average.


Coca-Coca Scholars Foundation Scholarship

We're looking for 150 incredible high school seniors to receive a $20,000 scholarship to the college of their choice. The Coca-Cola scholars Program scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to graduating high school seniors. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. Applicants must be: current high school (or home-schooled) seniors attending school in the U.S. (or selected DoD schools), U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals, U.S. Permanent Residents, Refugees, Asylees, Cuban-Haitian Entrants, or Humanitarian Parolees, anticipating completion of high school diploma at the time of application, planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution.
